10 Scouts from 8th Holborn joined 400 others from across Greater London North to take part in the Chiltern 20 Challenge hike on 12 October.

Meeting just after 5.30am to catch the first train from Marylebone, we headed to Princes Risborough School for the check-in and kit check.

We had two unaccompanied teams in the senior competition and one team in the junior competition, with our three teams being joined by 79 others from far and wide.

This year our senior teams achieved 25th and 57th places, with our junior team recording an excellent 6th place in that contest.
