  • 12 of our Scouts gained their Expedition Challenge this month, hiking between Tolmers and Danemead campsites in Hertfordshire. At Danemead they lit fires and cooked meals before camping in tents and under shelters. Our dozen Scouts from 8th Holborn were part of a larger event organised by North London Scout District.

  • For our first ‘proper’ camp for more than two years, we took part in the Feb Freezer camp organised by Paccar Scout Camp in Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire. There were plenty of activities to keep everyone busy, but simple pleasures like toasting marshmallows were among the highlights.
